If you order more than one product you may receive it in separate deliveries. Freight items will ship via Common Carrier/LTL Freight Services. Most freight items ship within 6 business days after cleared payment. We receive one freight pickup per week at our rural warehouse. Shipping and Freight costs are for delivery to commercial addresses. The estimated amount, or amount included in the sale, is for standard delivery at a business destination with lift gate service Monday-Friday anytime between 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Any special requests to a specific day or time, or to a residential address will increase the cost. Any redelivery charges, charged by the carrier, are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us prior to invoicing/payment, so that any incremental costs can be added. We are not responsible for ancillary delivery charges due to special delivery requirements unknown to us at the time of the sale. Imaging/X-Rays: Most items are pre-crated and stored in our warehouse facility. However, some items may still be in the de- installation process or crating process. Due to timing and potential delays during these processes, please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your item. Please note, that many clients often request that we delay shipment until an installation date is scheduled and then have us ship to allow for delivery as close to the installation date as possible, due to space issues. We can offer a White Glove Delivery service (delivered inside your business and set up). The service is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information or a quote. The buyer should inspect items for damages prior to signing the Bill of Lading provided on delivery. Make sure you reference any damage on the Bill of Lading when delivered. This will help assure liability of the freight carrier, should any damage be found. International buyers: Some items may be available for international shipping. Additional fees, customs brokering, and customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us to arrange international shipment and purchases in advance. Return policy: Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all items are sold As-Is. Such Defects will be repaired or replaced with like or similar products. O3 AMG'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR (THE CUSTOMER'S) EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY WILL BE LIMITED TO SUCH REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
