As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus. AUCTION IS FOR ONE UNIT, with the right to buy additional units for the same price while available. Normal wear and tear. Looks ready to go.
