This is a very hard to find original sales brochure for "The INTERNATIONAL Gasoline Engine".  It is very likely their first advertising brochure when they started building engines in 1904.  It shows their earliest style engine with the "forked" push rod and also their early style portable.  Their engines were available in 8 and 15hp as stationary units and 10 and 15hp as portables.  The back cover shows a typical building installation with the cooling tank, pot muffler gasoline torch tank and battery box on the wall, and outside fuel tank.  It is a great reference book and would be a fine addition to your early engine or agricultural advertising library especially if you like the early IHC engines.  It would also look great displayed with your engine or equipment at the shows.  It is in good condition considering it's over 110 years old!  It measures about  6 1/4 x 9 1/2 inches and is a fold open brochure with 4 pages.  It does have some overall wear and tattering as can be seen but these early IHC pieces hardly ever turn up in any condition!  I can't imagine many of these could have survived the wrath of the wood stove back in the day so don't miss your chance on it.  It will likely be a long time before another one turns up.  The pictures tell the story.  You won't be disappointed in any way.  Good Luck.
