Offered for sale is an original set of plans, one pamphlet, and one 36 page book for building Stuart steam engines.  These materials all date to the late 1960's.  The first plan, which measures about 10 x 15 inches, is for the Stuart no. 4 engine - drawing #90009.  The second plan measures about 15 x 20 inches and is labeled "details for building No. 4 Reversing Gear".  I assume the reversing gear was an optional add-on?  The third item is a pamphlet measuring about 9 x 22 inches and is on the Stuart No. 10 engine.  It contains a small set of plans and basic instructions on how to build the engine.  The fourth item is a detailed 36 page booklet with drawn illustrations and photos, entitled "Building a Steam Engine From Castings".  It very thoroughly explains all the machining steps required to build the No. 10 Stuart Engine.  Though over 40 years old, these materials are in nice condition, and should be very useful to a hobbyist trying to build a model engine.
