This is a used Otis Spunkmeyer cookie oven (convection-type). This is the kind that's used in a lot of sandwich type shops all around!. There's 3 "slots" for shelves (which are cookie sheets-which are included). I purchased this new (un-used) from a shop that wasn't able to utilize it-and had it in storage for several years. I was it's first owner/user. There is minimal use with this - I used it for one year-for the farmer's market (1 day per week) for 4 months that year). This bakes the best cookies - and I made cinnamon buns at the farmer's market with this - and when you have holiday baking - this is a perfect addition to cut your baking time down! The oven runs at a steady 350 degrees! You will be pleased with this purchase. I guarantee your satisfaction. I do not charge a handling fee-or packaging fee for the oven. If there is a problem with the oven (and there shouldn't be!) I must be notified within 7 days after you have received the oven. Buyer will pay for return, if desired. Thank you for looking!
