This oven was barely used and has only cooked a handful of menu items items. It is in like-new condition and works perfectly (see pictures below of the menu screen, the oven in cooking mode, and some perfect flatbread that was cooked here on 6/9/16, which only took 1 minute 45 seconds). This oven heats to 500 degrees F in around 5 minutes exactly as it was designed. This oven allows you to cook any food items in conventional oven quality in only a small fraction of the time. Also this oven features a catalytic converter which captures all the grease laden air, allowing you to use the oven anywhere without the need of a hood system. Note that the older TurboChef i3 ovens from 2009-2011 are known to be much less reliable than the 2012-present ovens as there were many engineering improvements which took place in early 2012. Some of the cook times for food items in this oven are as follows: 8" parbaked pizza in 1 minute 45 seconds, sub sandwich in 1 minute 10 seconds, salmon in 2 minutes 20 seconds, and chicken wings in 4 minutes.
