The Oxalvap vaporizer can be used for treatment all year round, as long as the temperature is 3-5 degrees above the freezing point. It is highly durable with heavy-duty construction and a 5-meter cable length. The package includes instructions and a measuring scoop for 1 gram of Oxalic acid. The OXALVAP vaporizer, also known as the Oxalic vaporizer, is a highly efficient tool for beekeepers who manage colonies of bees, whether big or small. This 12-volt powered device can be utilized using a car, lawn vehicle, or motorcycle battery with an approximate consumption of 8 Amps. Its unique feature allows beekeepers to connect multiple vaporizers together, allowing the treatment of several colonies at once. This vaporizer is best used with wooden beehives and not recommended for those made of Styrofoam. An entrance clearance of 12 mm or 1/2 inch is necessary for proper treatment. The evaporation time is roughly between 40 to 120 seconds, but this may vary depending on the power of the battery used. It is advised to perform an initial test outside the hive to establish the evaporation time of the specific battery being used. After treatment, it is important to seal the hive with a foam strip for at least 10 minutes. All in-stock vaporizers are shipped within 48 hours, and clients will be duly notified if the product is temporarily out of stock. The Oxalvap vaporizer is a must-have equipment for beekeepers seeking an efficient and reliable tool for their colonies' health maintenance.
