Panasonic RR-830 standard cassette transcriber in the original box. This machine has been tested to ensure working order since these are older electronics .Taken out of the box and used once  Still in packaging New old stock . No owners manual but the link to print it is in the bottom of the listing .Excellent like new appearance the box shows some wear from being stored This machine will come as pictured and with all items shown.  Below is some info from the manufacturer for this model. Standard Cassette Recorder (RR 830, RR830), Speed-talk variable speech control with in/out switch and level control, Foot controller for remote review, Headset included Built-in condenser mic, LED indicators for power tape run record and quick erase 3-digit tape counter, Volume and Tone controls, Silent full auto stop, Cue and Review controls Uses standard cassette tapes Speed-Talk Variable Speech Control with In/Out Switch and Level Control V.S.C. pitch (0-+100%) and Speed (-15-+100%) Controls Foot Controller Lightweight Headset Automatic Backspace Control 4 LED Indicators for Power, Tape Run, Quick Erase and REC 3-Digit Tape Counter Features & Specs: Panasonic RR-830 Cassette Transcriber. The Included Foot Controller on the RR-830 lets you start and stop tape playback without using your hands. You can also use the Foot Controller to Auto Backspace by releasing the start pedal. Control the playback speed of the tape while maintaining the pitch of the original recording with the Variable Speech Control Function on the RR-830.
