The lower axis has a 5"x7" hole in the middle and the idler is the Parker LP28 with no motor and no screw. The Parker LP28 has a step motor driven X/Y Stage and limit and home switches on each axis. It has a high performance leadscrew drive train and recirculating linear bearings (IKO LWL7, 4 bearings/axis). The stage is in good working condition and has been removed from a decommissioned probing station. It is important that the winning bidder is able to mount the lower axis carefully as there is no brace or positioning to keep the drive and idler sides square to each other. The flexible, adjustable toe-clamp mounting hardware is included. The motor on the lower axis protrudes about a centimeter from the bottom. It is manufactured by Parker and is in used condition. The motors spin quietly and the stages travel smoothly from end to end when pushed by hand. This product is the Parker LP28 500mm/300mm X/Y 2-Axis Linear Positioning Translation Stage w/Motors. The stage has a T-slot and threaded holes, pneumatic connections, and a travel of 500mm bottom and 300mm top. It has good cosmetic condition, but there may be scratches on the bottom. The linear guide way and bearings are the same as the drive side. It also has STI CM-S1 safety switch which prevents overtravel in 1 axis. The motors are Parker LV171-02-10 low voltage DC stepper motors with a drive voltage of up to 80VDC, 1.3A and a rated speed of 30RPS. The item is guaranteed to be as described, and the buyer must notify the seller within 14 days of receipt if there is an issue. The linear actuators are Parker PROmech LP28 linear positioners with a lead of 10mm/revolution and a miniature cross-section of 28x28mm.
