D; serial number ABN9242-120, rated when operating 1300 watts maximum, 10.8 amps, 120 volts AC single phase, 50/60 hertz. No vacuum pump is supplied here. With power connected, and the on/off power switch is turned on, nothing occurs for several minutes, then on the digital display appears a vague "Nite Mode" On, then cycles on/off only in that mode on the display. No heating occurs, and there are no other electrical functions. Mechanically the platform does not work electrically, it has to be moved up and down by hand. The unit has its muffle which looks good, shows continuity by separate test, but its condition is unclear. With the unit there is a new, unused muffle from 2010 for this furnace still in its original box, the Advanced Dental Products Even-Temp Muffle, marked 120V-5106 on the muffle. This muffle fits the Sunfire/Starfire Ney furnaces. Furnace envelope is 15-1/4 inches wide by 22-1/2 inches tall by 15-1/2 inches deep including fitting ends. Furnace is made in USA. Chamber size is 4 inches in diameter by 2.25 inches in height. The extra muffle comes in a box 11-1/2 inches long by 9 inches wide by 13 inches tall, shipping weight alone 5 pounds.
