On offer is a Pelco ES31PCBW18-2W Esprit(tm) CODOT01 security camera system.This item was purchased from a government establishment as unused surplus. It was received opened. All items in box are still in new plastic wrapping except the camera, it had a sticker stuck on it (see picture 4). The words 'BAD FOCUS' was of concern, I can't tell if it means the Camera has bad focus or if it was taken in to repair and that was a work sticker. Did not want to risk listing it as working.
