THIS ITEM SHIPS WORLDWIDE (STATED SHIPPING COST IS FOR 48 STATES USA ONLY) From a local estate sale - Perkins Brailler braille writer. Designed by David Abraham - Manufactured/Distributed by Howe Press. The serial number is X1760. I'm not sure exactly how this operates. I was able to load paper and type and produce the indented dots on the paper. It appears to be in good condition with no obvious damage or issues. The bottom appears to have been replace with a electronic board with a 15 pin output. This board is marked: "Sensotec - bottomplate for Perkins brailler - 1988" Note there is some dried tape residue on the back which could be cleaned off.
