Pico200 Small-Volume Spectrophotometer with built in printer (includes Pico200, 1 box of tips and manual pipette) Features & Benefits: • Unique and simplified design for use: aspirate 2?l of sample into the Pico200’s patented pipette tip, and place entire pipette into holder for analysis (sample remains in the tip for further use and allows 100% recovery) • Optical lens configuration, combined with in-tip sample platform allows you to analyze a sample while still in a pipette tip; just pipette the sample and place the pipette in the holder • Only 2?l of sample required for analysis • 3 second read time; automatic calibration when system is powered on • Direct measurement taken of sample - no dilutions required, saving time and reducing the risk of error • UV absorption measurements between 220nm and 950nm, perfect for nucleic acids, proteins, cell cultures or microarray dye concentrations • Due to the in-tip analysis design, there is 100% sample recovery after measurement, with zero risk of cross-contamination • Unique design eliminates the need for cuvettes, capillaries, or liquid columns, and there are no moving parts to maintain New in box sold AS IS no warranty.
