The belt has some dry cracking but remains tight.

Refurbished The saw also comes with the tool to change the blade (a 1/2" spanner wrench) and a brand new blade 24 tooth carbide blade as noted on the box (see pictures) and manual. Every piece on the saw is brand new except the power unit (motor and gearbox). There is some slight sparking by motor, see video.
