PlasmaHelper guide / jig for improving rip, crosscut and freehand plasma torch cuts. Torch mounts in height / width adjustable clamps. We have 1", 1 1/4", 1 3/8" and 1 1/2" wide clamps that adjust down. Let us know which you need at checkout. Stabilizers extend out past the torch tip to prevent drop off at end of cut. Includes edge guide for following edges and knurled handle for better hand control. Numerous configurations can be made. Machined from 6061 Aluminum with a pair of 3/8” x 3” and 3/8” x 8" 6061 rods. Longer rods can be made from anything 3/8” diameter, including wood dowels. Bottom trigger torches not a problem. READ THIS: We have 1", 1 1/4", 1 3/8" and 1 1/2" wide clamps. This is the width of your torch handle. The clamps tighten in but do not open wider than specified width. Let us know which size you need at checkout. Contact us if you have any questions. 1/4 x 20 rod is used to mount the torch clamps. This can be shortened if needed. We include an extra 4” piece in case you need it.
