all items are used,but in good cond., some could use a little cleaning, some sticky stuff on the bladders, and on the caps but should clean up, something that spilled in one of my totes, nothing that will eat the rubber. they have been stored out of the elements , so there are no cracks in the rubber, no leaks. the to bigger test wennies were used maybe 3/ to 4 jobs and are fairly new.
