This unit is complete with the Polycom QDX 6000 codec, EagleEye QDX camera, 2 microphones, remote and cables. Rackmount ears are not included. This system includes the EagleEye QDX camera which does Pan, Tilt, and Zoom. This is a much better camera than the EagleEye View camera which does not actually Pan or Tilt. People+Content IP Software is installed. System has some minor scratches from normal use. It has been completely tested and comes with a one year warranty from GAVX. GAVX packages each component individually protected from damage with original packaging material, a foam bag, bubble bag, or bubblewrap. Components will not be allowed to shift inside the package.
