This is a completely tested, working, current model, digital matrix mixer for up to 12 microphones plus auxiliary inputs; which includes technical support and a 90 day warranty. This Polycom SoundStructure C12 mixer will ship with a power cord. This system look nice but might have minor marks on them from previous use. You may call us for a link to an instruction manual which can download and print. Phoenix-type connectors may be purchased separately from us for $64 for a package of twelve (12) plus shipping.
