NEW PRICE REDUCTION! I have plans to build another couple of units, so I'm lowering the price on this one. You won't find a better deal on a container cabin with this equipment.  My web site is www.starkcontainerstructures.com See attached photos. I have a 20' shipping container that I have converted into a on/off grid cabin. The container itself is a "new" (meaning one trip container). See below for a description of the unit. It can be on or off a trailer and on or off grid. *2"x4" studded walls with R-19 insulation (slightly compressed to fit) *7/16" OSB *Thrifty board paneling with 2 coats of white paint *Floor was in good condition and has 3 coats of concrete patio and porch paint *20,000 btu furnace *9,200 btu ceiling mounted A/C *10 gallon water heater *connection for city power or generator power *lines for propane and exterior propane connection (tanks and valves extra) *city water fill on exterior *3" gate valve (rv style) gray and black water disposal system *26 gallon black water tank *40 gallon gray water tank * 41 gallon fresh water tank (all tanks located in subfloor in bathroom area) *FRP in bathroom area *50 amp park power inlet *12 volt wiring and connections for marine style deep cycle batteries (batteries not included) *LED lighting *4 position circuit panel breaker for 12v and 2-12v sockets *Progressive Dynamics 60 amp PD 4060 AC/DC power converter panel *Tank monitoring system to gauge fullness level of all tanks plus the 12v batteries *32"x32" shower *bath vanity *rv style toilet *Avanti one piece kitchenette that includes two burner stove, 3.0 cubic ft fridge, sink, w/under cabinet storage area *RV Style entry door w/screen door *overhead cabinets above kitchenette *one 4'x3' window, one 3'x2' obscure glass window in bathroom *14/2 wiring for all outlets and lights *1.1 gpm water pump *2 exterior motion lights *cargo doors operable for motorcycle, atv or other storage reasons *the exterior container dimensions are 8.5' tall, 8' wide and 20' long *floor is 1 1/8" wood floor that has been painted All systems have been tested for proper working. This unit would be great for a portable cabin, or a permanent cabin. It could be used as a vacation get away, hunting/fishing cabin, job site trailer, and with a few modifications could be a survival cabin and many others. These shipping containers are very durable and sturdy so long term use is a huge plus compared to a travel trailer. Could be set on ground, foundation, piers, railroad ties, cinder blocks, etc... Setting unit on a particular site is the responsibility of the purchaser. Conformance with any local codes and requirements are also the responsibility of the purchaser. The particular unit has never been used (other than testing the mechanicals). I would consider selling the trailer the container is on, but that is not included in the price. I also do other modifications to shipping containers if you would like something different. I recommend if you have any interest to contact me to discuss. The unit is located in Denver, CO. Delivery expense is not included in price and is determined by location sent to.   Shipping container, Shipping container cabin, hunting cabin, fishing cabin, job site office, survival cabin, disaster relief, vacation cabin, portable shipping container, ISO, ISBU, survival cabin, container shelter, travel trailer, off grid shipping container, on grid shipping container, intermodal, cargo container, steel container, storage container, mini storage, mobile medical clinic, job site trailer, off grid living space
