Crank out encasement windows and skylights, cable ready, propane gas stove and Coleman heater, roof air unit, has ductwork and can be easily hooked to outside ground central air unit (not included). 50 amp breaker box, electric hot water heater, 3 tab shingle roof- aprox. 8 yr old. 20 foot, 220v cord to plug into power, water connection, sewer line-no holding tank included but is available. Includes full size refrigerator, propane stove. This unit has a motor vehicle title so generally speaking you can put this wherever you are allowed to park a truck or trailer. 34 feet long 12 wide 13 high living space. Widest point 13 ft. Add 3 ft. To length for tongue. Newer carpet and flooring. This item is for pickup only. I have a great local and reasonable moving company. 4 good tires all aired up. Ready to be moved quick.
