See below for items we're interested in.  This listing is for a used "like new" powder coating oven, oven extension and (potentially)(2) customize-able roll-in racks. The oven operates flawlessly, and has been in operation for about 6 months. After taking on new, larger customers we purchased a larger, gas fired oven but after a rush job came in (and not having the new oven yet) we were forced to extend the oven so it would be capable of handling larger parts. We are in anticipation of receiving our new oven in a couple weeks and now, this one is up for sale. This oven is fully operational and still in use and can be seen in operation by appointment for prospective buyers. Includes:  (1) 6x6x4' Electric Powder Coat Oven (1) 6x4x4 Extension (making the oven a total of 10' long, 4' wide, and 6' tall of usable space)  (1) Baffle to direct circulation air when using extension. Available: (2) 6x6x4 (aprox) roll-in racks. (NOTE: see "RACKS" description)  OVEN: 6x6x4 of usable space. 3 phase electric oven 208-250 volt - draws 76 amps under full load, with 50% power switch to conserve energy once set temperature is reached. Has full customizable PID controls with digital timer box, which is set to kill power to burners when set time has been achieved.  2 mechanically driven fans blow directly over the burners to ensure equal distribution of heat whether 1 part or 100 parts. I can personally attest to the air flow being excellent but not too much as to blow powder off the parts before it has the chance to melt. Includes 100A disconnect which we added, and gate controlled exhaust to vary exhaust flow so that heat runoff is minimal. We personally sealed nearly every seam of this oven with high temp RTV after receiving to ensure as little heat-loss possible outside, and there would be no chance for insulation material to escape inside oven for contamination of perfection jobs. There is a 2 year warranty from the manufacturer from the date of original purchase.   THIS OVEN HAS NO COMPARISON TO THE OTHER CHEESY KITCHEN OVEN BURNER - FLIMSY SHEET METAL  - OVENS FREQUENTLY SEEN ON EBAY FOR A COUPLE THOUSAND BUCKS.  EXTENSION: The extension frame was constructed with thick walled 1x2" fully welded box tube, with extra support added at the top for forklift lifting. 18ga. interior panels are spot welded, with 20ga galvanized exterior panels tapping screwed to the frame. It is fully insulated and stays just as cool to the touch as the oven (if not moreso). It takes us about 30 minutes to install the extension.  1. Open door, unbolt and set aside. 2. Place sheet metal over floor area when extension will sit 3. Bolt (supplied) latches where door hinges were. 4. Set extension in place and latch to oven body.  5. Bolt front of oven to floor (bolts included and tabs are welded to oven frame) 6. Bolt door to oven extension using original hinges and bolts and adjust for door swing. 7. Screw baffle onto air duct.  This extension is the perfect fix for a shop that wants a "small" inexpensive oven to run most days of the week and once and a while, for big jobs, bolt on the extension and work big jobs.  RACKS: (not included in purchase price, but may be negotiated separately.) Both racks can be customized for batch loads, bumpers, frames or whatever is needed. 2 racks are a real necessity for batch loads, because while one rack is cooling, the other is in the oven curing - otherwise it takes twice as long to complete the work, all-the-while the oven is either cooling off, or running with nothing inside. The racks are a rectangular frame, fitting perfectly inside the oven, with longitudinal cross bars that can be adjusted to ANY height. There are welded angle iron supports for tons of lateral cross bars which make it easy for bulk loading. We fit 24 automotive engine oil pans on EACH batch load in the SMALL oven configuration.  PLEASE UNDERSTAND: After purchase, a $2,500 minimum down payment is due immediately. The remainder shall be paid BEFORE shipment. Shipping assistance is available and shall be negotiated on an individual basis. As a frame of reference, it cost me around $400 to have the oven shipped to CT, from the midwest originally. The shipping price listed, is a ballpark price, and buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can load this oven on to your trailer, a riggers flatbed, or inside an 18wheeler at our facility.   The oven will not be shipped until we have received our new oven. Last quote on estimated delivery was 12/10.  Please note, we will accept barter items + cash. Interested in pressure pot sandblast systems, and 4 cartridge, downflow torit dust collectors. Also interested in good working condition 3000-5000lb forklift - preferably electric. Also interested in non-DOT/CDL box truck. 14-20' box no older than mid 2000's
