Exact item shown - Olympus TF power supply, 0-5.6VAC 5 amp illuminator power supply with an adapter and a lamp body (the lens and lamp holder are not there, only what you see) - I tested it with a 6V lamp, it works well. This power supply is a variable transformer, not a transformer and a rheostat, so regulation is much better and it doesn't make as much heat - it's a really good design. Please ask questions before bidding.
