Entegris GateKeeper Inert Gas Purifiers CE500KF04R Consistently delivers ultrapure gas Designed for use with N2, He, Ne, Kr, Xe, Ar, halocarbons and light hydrocarbons. The purifiers remove O2, H2, CO, CO2 and H2O to sub-ppb (part-per-billion) levels; SO2 to sub-ppt (part-per-trillion) levels.

Use both for prefiltration of particulate liquids prior to final sterilizing filtration, and for removal of particles and debris from liquids not requiring final sterilization. Incorporates two layers of Versapor (acrylic copolymer) membrane: 0.8um prefilter layer followed by 0.45um final filter.
