MR-Q10 Saw Blade Grinder 1. This machine is applicable to sharpener thin saw blade, carve tooth and welding saw blade. 2. It can sharpen horniness alloy and white steel saw blade 3.It's also suitable togrinde other material,such as plastic,wood,aluminum alloy for different purposelike furniture manufacturing,decoration etc 4. During the grinding, it can automatically dial teeth. And with adjustable speed, it is fast and accurate. 5. The motor can rotate up and down which can sharpen gears’ front and back angles 6.Its fascia can support the teeth of saw blades and otherparts in order to prevent jumping and improve grinding quality . Parameters Model: MR-Q10 Saw blade diameter: ?60-?350 Speed: 45teeth/min Voltage: 110V Dimension: 55*44*67cm(21.65”*17.32”*26.38”) Weight: 56kg(123lbs) Instruction Operation 1?According to the diameter of saw blade , put the blade in the corresponding position with clamp’s screw. 2?Adjust the chute Angle and blade cutting Angle in a straight line,then locking 3?Turn on speed switch to run, whether the push rod is pushed through one sawtooth one time, if there is something wrong, loosen the two M5 screw 4?Loosening two Hexagonal screw, then adjusting M8 screw 5?Offset to push a sawtooth one time, after adjusting the eccentricity to lock adjusting screw side 6?Adjust the distance from front to back of sawtooth with motor front distance and the angle of motor rotating.Turn on speed switch, to run in slow speed, checking the angle between the grinding wheel and saw blade, and grinding distance, then adjust the behind of motor to control distance Other Details Item Included 1 set of 110V MR-Q10 Saw Blade Grinder (153028)
