Hermes Gravograph 1/4 Inch Diameter Collet Spindle & Diamond Engraving Tool. I believe this fits the Gravograph IS400 series of machines, but it may fit others with 1 3/8 spindle mounting diameter as well. I have no original packaging for this item, however I feel that it is unused as there is no wear on the top pulley and no setscrew marks on the body of the spindle.

This is the two step spindle pulley,bushing and gear from an Atlas milling machine model MFC. This is used and shows some wear but it came from a running machine and worked fine. All gear teeth are nice as well as bushing and set screw.
