Genuine U.S. Military Issue Surplus Purolator - Reusable Brass Fluid Filter Element Assembly - P/N: 6663505 P/N: 6663505 NSN: 2910-00-865-7126 The overall size of the filter element assembly is approximately 7 3/8" x 2 9/16" x 2 1/4" The overall size of just the brass filer element is 4 7/8" x 2 1/4" Diameter The steel rod that goes through the center of the brass filter element is 7 3/8" x 5/16" Diameter The threaded end of the rod is 9/16" x 5/16" Threaded Diameter The mounting end of the brass filter element is approximately 1/4" x 11/16" Threaded Diameter The filter element itself is made of brass. The metal rod in the center and cotter pin is made of steel. The metal bracket that has the scraper on it is made of steel. The scraper is made of copper. (See Pictures) Made in U.S.A. Weight: 12.3 Oz. Similar to the one in the pictures. Unused! But the metal bracket and cotter pin are rusty. There is a hand written NSN number on the side of the brass filter element.
