Up for sale is a Quality Management Inc. (QMI) Aseptic Injection port with EPDM.  This is the 12 port model using A3 304 Stainless Fittings.  It is a 2" ferrule end. Details: This unique system can be installed on processing tanks or vats to allow aseptic transfer of cultures or viscous materials. This will accommodate inoculation, sampling, fortifying, blending, and the aseptic introduction of nutrients, enzymes, flavors, etc. The system is compatible with sterilization temperatures, and works on the same principle as the aseptic sampling system. A sterile syringe and needle are used to draw up ingredients. The needle is then inserted into one of 12 injection ports in the specially designed membrane. Larger channels accommodate heavy gauge needles required for viscous liquids. Mount insulated or non-insulated tank fittings to house injection port membrane. Complete instructions included. This Tank fitting is for use on non-insulated locations.  These Units retail for $390 at nelson Jameson Part 109-3039 The new injection membrane that will be required is: part 109-3042
