as is no return for any reason, when it leave my hands it is dirty but a working unit. i send all my radio in a large flat rate box with bubble wrap and shipping paper and never had a problem until last month, but i don't believe the shipper did the damage and i surely didn't do it, low band Spilt 36-42. all you will get is the radio, mic and holding bracket, NO wires will come with this unit, so unless you buy them else were the radio will not work, don't bid if you don't understand.
