Real Handcuffs American Handcuff Co. Fond Du Las, Wis Cuffs are in good used shape and work well. I do not have a key, but I have tried my standard key that I keep and it works on them. (Key not included.) They do have the letter “C” stamped on them if that means anything. I also have the same thing in black, check my “Seller’s Other Items”.
