Red Cairns® & Brothers 660C Metro™ Composite Fireman's or rescue worker's Helmet... Maybe... I do not know for sure if this truly is the above named helmet. I really know nothing of them. But, I looked at the Cairns site and this helmet looks just like the one on their site named as that, other than the color. But, there are no markings on my helmet anywhere that I can see so I cannot guarantee this to be a Cairns. It IS a real fire/rescue helmet however and no toy or costume item. It has seen service and bears the scars to show it. I do not now recall where or even when I picked this up. I've had it for years. But, I hesitate to call it "vintage" as so many do trying to pass something off as rare or collectable. This looks to me like an older but still recent service helmet. It might be just the thing for a rural area volunteer fireman. Also, comes with the 2 piece red & yellow reversible neck cloths. See the photos. There is some corrosion on some of the metal parts. But, it is not beyond cleaning up and I believe they can be made serviceable. The paint scars can be touched up. I have done nothing to it. It is as I got it. The face shield is somewhat worse for wear being pretty scratched up but it not cracked or broken. Near as I can tell, all the inner padding and harness is present though you would need a new headband but, that is something you would want to replace in any case. There you have it. That is all I can tell you. As I said, look over the photos, they'll tell you more than I can though I will do my best to answer any questions you might have.
