Wheelmelt Table-Top Hotmelt Hand Gluer Application The Wheelmelt is a Hotmelt Glue Wheel-In-Pot applicator. It is very quick and simple to operate,and is quickly adjusted to accommodate a wide range of carton sizes. Special attachmentscan be fitted to do individual jobs such as envelope sealing. The Wheelmelt is one of the most versatile and multi purpose hand gluers available. It is often used for "get you out of trouble" applications, pilot launches, low speed production or resealing. The machines are easily transported, and are used in industries throughout the world. Features Single phase 110v Safety cut-out switch on glue pot motor Temperature control on glue pot from 0 - 480 degrees Fahrenheit (249 degrees Celsius) Doctor blade for controlling the amount of glue on wheel Seals flaps from 15 mm to 11.8 inches deep, up to 17.71 inches wide Machine size 15.74 inches long x 15.74 wide x 7.87 inches high Single or multiple glue line options are available Machine weight 49 lbs. approx. Speed - approx. 20 ends per minute (depending on operator dexterity) Uses raw chips of hotmelt glue
