I am not a machinist and not familiar with this item, but from what I can read on the shaft, and find on the internet, it seems to be a Rotaboach annular cutter, stamped 1 3/8, and some other numbers that I can't read clearly so hesitate to put on this listing. The cutting teeth appear visually to be okay, can't see any chips or damage. Shaft is about 3/4 X 7/8, and the overall length of the cutter including shaft is a little over 4 1/4 inches.

(1) 2"x2" x 3/4"(1) 1"x1" x 3/4"(1) 3/4" x 1" x 3/4"(1) 9/16" x 1" x 3/4" All come with guide pins. The 2" and 1" cutters have been used once. But are in good condition.
