Toolmaker made rotary broaching tool with a 3/4 (0.75) inch shank (jt33 x 0.75"). The broach holder is designed to use cheap 6204 bearings, only requiring snap ring pliers to replace the bearings (slip fit). As you may know, 6204 bearings can be bought on eBay very conservatively... However, they seem to last a long time in the first place. Also, the play in the bearings and fit allow the broach to find center. Made for 0.50 x 1.75 inch broaches. This is an adjustment free style holder. The spindle has been "through" drilled (housing could be drilled as well) for use with pressure relieving broaches when broaching blind holes. Newly built and tested. Please note that the housing was made with the shank installed to insure it is concentric so it will show signs of use but this will not affect performance.
