Tool post for an Atlas metal shaper, which model I can't remember. Approximately 2 3/4" high minus the bolt, about 1" wide with the lip at the base being about 1 3/16" wide, but being I'm measuring that with just a household ruler I can't guarantee the accuracy of those measurements. AS-IS.
For sale are 16 P & W (Pratt & Whitney I believe) Collets and 1 sleeve adapter of some sort. All of the pieces have some surface rust in spots, some more than others. The adapter / sleeve is only marked "M1696".
