  S & H Mft. Co. Cement Edger Trowel This vintage cement edger or trowel has been used and is in a surface rusted condition.  The handle is wood and is in good condition.  It would look good in a display of old tools. It is 3" H  - 6" L  -  2.75 W Made by Smith and Holtum Manufacturing Co. Incorporated as Smith and Holtum Manufacturing Co. in 1902 in Clinton, Wisconsin.  At Holtum's death in 1918, his sons took over the business.  With the raw material shortages during World War II, the business closed in 1945. Between 69 yrs and 92 yrs old.  I try to describe each item to the best of my ability. I am not an expert. Please feel free to ask questions.
