Transoceanic Terminal Corporation Ground Breaking Souvenir September 10 1963 This was a souvenir for those that attended the transoceanic terminal corp. groundbreaking ceremony. It is hard plastic with a silver shovel and some dirt in the middle. It has some scratches but nothing that takes away from this piece of history.
