I am able to power on this controller and stirrer. The digital display on the controller reads the speed of the stirrer as intended and I could see the stirrer spin. I really lack the knowledge and equipment to test this item any further so it is being sold as-is. Unpacked dims 14x10x8 see pictures for more details.
