Each oven is hand crafted by Neapolitan artisans to match our stringent standards. With a refractory brick deck that expands and contracts with the temperature fluctuations of the oven, durability is at a maximum and repairs are a breeze. Our multi-layered insulation permits the over to perform at temperatures upward of 900 degrees Fahrenheit, guaranteeing you a perfect pizza in 90 seconds or less. That is the promise we deliver with our artisan ovens which boast nearly indestructible refractory brick decks. With each oven comes our guarantee of a deck free from defects in workmanship for two years. The Vesuvio 110 features a 40” diameter deck with 8.5 cubic feet of cooking space. All domes and decks feature high performance refractory bricks with 4” of multi-layered insulation in the dome and 6” in the deck. The oven has a 8 inch by 18 inch opening for pizzas. There are tile options of your choice including solid black, solid red, white, chocolate brown or cobalt blue, and there is also an option for a heavy-gauge welded steel stand available for an additional charge. The Vesuvio 110 also features a 19.5” landing on the opening, as well as a thermostat located between the deck and the top of the dome for a precise temperature reading. Note: Ovens MUST be cured prior to use. Curing is necessary to ensure that your oven is free of moisture. The interior of the oven will appear dry upon arrival, but there is still a small amount of moisture in the bricks and mortar. If you neglect to cure your oven, the oven will become damaged during use. The curing process takes a total of 5 days to complete following the steps below: Day 1: Burn two pieces of wood until they disintegrate. Day 2: Follow Day 1 procedure, then add a third piece of wood. Allow to burn completely. Day 3: Follow Day 2 procedure, then add a fourth piece. Allow to burn down, then add a fifth piece and burn completely. Day 4: Burn two pieces, followed by one piece of wood at a time until you reach your desired temperature Day 5: Oven is now cured, add wood as necessary until you reach desired temperature. Unauthorized returns cannot be honored and could potentially be lost. If the product has been registered with the manufacturer, the product cannot be returned, as the warranty for many manufacturers does not allow transfers, so the product cannot be resold to another customer. Any product purchased and has gone through an act of nature (tornado, hurricane, flooding, fire or other natural or man-made disaster) are non-returnable. Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, accessories, etc. Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Items damaged due to inappropriate packaging, not in original condition, missing materials (warranty cards, accessories, etc.), or determined to have been abused will be returned to the customer at his or her own expense without refund.
