Unit powers on, lights and fan initiate, but when I first turned it on there was a loud pop as if a fuse was blown and the display never engaged.  Accordingly the unit is being sold STRICTLY FOR REPAIR/PARTS. Item is very heavy and shipping is priced accordingly. Condition is described to the best of my ability and any known defects are noted.  If you would like additional pictures, or if I am able to try particular tests, or give additional information, please don't hesitate to ask. Item is sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied as we do not have the technical expertise to test further. Unit may fully function or partially function.  Any testing done is noted.  Power cords and accessories are only included if they are specifically listed. Shipping is to lower 48 only.  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING THROUGH EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING ONLY.   We gladly accept payment through Paypal. Returns are accepted, but only if item is materially different than described.  I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED DESPITE IT BEING ACCURATELY LISTED.
