Technician Testing Notes Visually inspected, took unit down to the bare chassis and cleaned and rebuilt. Installed a new Probe Bracket, Chamber Microswitch, Water Pump, Check Valve, Safety Valve, Water Pump Filter and Drain Hose Upgrade Kit, Biological Filter, Fascia Gasket and Key Pad. Cleaned and flushed the Reservoir Tank. Cleaned the Sterilizing Cassette and installed a new Cassette Seal. Levelled the unit for proper drying, connected it to a 120 volt power source, attached a donor condenser waste bottle, added distilled water and calibrated the unit. Then proceeded to test it. Ran the unit thru all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles multiple times. Temperature tested the unit to verify it is achieving maximum sterilizing temperature using a Max Register Thermometer, and found unit to maintain 273 F for an entire cycle. Unit is fully functional.
