Panel Meter 200 Microamps D.C. Full Scale, Face Shows Meg Ohm Scales. Tested, works fine, needle perfect. Bruel &Kajaer, Copenhagen. I've lived off the grid for many years, rely on solar for all my electrical needs. I repurpose sensitive panel meters like this one for monitoring power usage and batteries. Easy to add a resistance as a voltage multiplier to make any range volt meter needed, or add a shunt to measure current. For high currents, I've made shunts from various diameter bronze brazing rod, simple and cheap. With a sensitive unit like this one, voltage loss and power used are minimal, often beating the best commercial digital units sold for monitoring solar systems. And... I'm an old-school electronics guy, and love the look of old analog meters. Usually, one of the scales on the meter face will work for me, and use white-out or liquid paper to cover everything else, then write in my numbers with a fine-point Sharpie. Fun, and the meters attract a lot of attention! Can be very accurate, if done carefully. We are happy to work with you, should you be unhappy with your purchase.
