Has a 3,000 pound working load, weighs about 8 lbs, made of aluminum alloys with steel shafts and bearings. This is a Heavy Duty Professional / Industrial / Utility tool used when installing the large wires onto electrical poles in our neighborhoods and for threading wire or rope overhead from pole to pole, building to building or tree to tree.
