These SMT stainless steel stencils are designed to manually print solder paste onto printed circuit boards thus eliminating the tediousness of hand soldering for prototype circuit boards. Our material is a high nickel content stainless with very fine grain structures which results in very good paster release characteristics. We recommend these stencils when the pitch is 0.80 mm or smaller Each stencil comes with           Squeegee blade  for rolling paste in to apertures           PCB board holders. to help keep the board aligned during the printing process We have been making stencils for 8 years and have lots of process knowledge.We have framed, rework and device stencils as well out of Chicago.
