AS-5001 Lead Free Reflow oven. The "IR LEAD-LESS REFLOW OVEN" is equipment that used for electronic production and maintain of the SMT process. This product utilizes far-infrared heating components and excellent sensoring temperature materials. Through the precision control by the microcomputer, the temperature control curve matches the requirements of the SMT production process completely. The "temperature control curve" of the equipment can be adjusted accurately, so it can satisfy the requirements of many kinds of soldering paste. It can shut down and alarm any faults automatically. Steps include pre-heat, soldering, cool down and drying.
