The system includes the Sofamor Danek 9500 Video Integrator, Sofamor Danek 955-120 Camera Head w/ 10' Cable, 6' Endoscope FO Cable, 10' Hospital Grade power cord, and a 6' BNC connector. The 9500 Camera Controler has controls for "White Balance" and "Intensity". Both controls function as designed. The FO Cable is in good condition, with minimal broken strands. The emitted light is bright and crisp. The meter shows 296 hours remaining on the lamp. The 955-120 Camera Head connects to the 9500 Integrator with a single cable, that measures 10' by my measurements. Also included is the 20801 Camera Adapter. I do not have a compatible endoscope to connect the camera up to, so the image on the monitor is not focused, it is a raw image from the Camera Head and Adapter. The light source illuminates the turret, and once a FO Cable is inserted, a crisp, clean light can be seen at the end of the cable. The monitor [NOT INCLUDED] displays the startup screen for the 9500 Video Integrator [see photo]. Inserting the Camera Cable into the front of the Controller, displays the working camera image.
