This used Somerset CDR-1500S dough sheeter is in excellent cosmetic and working condition. You can select a dough thickness ranging from paper thin to nearly-3/4" thick with this side load, two pass dough roller from Somerset. The sheeter has 15" rollers and features an ergonomically design that is simple to use. The unit is 15.5" wide, 21.5" deep, and 21.5" high with 4" legs, and is made from durable stainless steel. It has a-3/4 HP motor with automatic safety shutoff, and has a large hopper for all sizes of dough. It has a side operation and fits on a countertop. and labor.
