2007 Southern Pride SPK-500-SLSE smoker. Excellent working condition. Pulled from an open restaurant two months ago. Will handle 500 pounds of meat at one time. Has all fifteen 12" x 48" rotisserie racks. Runs on natural gas, burns wood for excellent smoky flavor. Comes with smoke extractor fan, stainless lined chimney, and wall trim kit for through-the-wall mounting. Everything works great. Covers are off left side to show rotisserie motor, transmission, and gas inlet. Was in storage for most of the last seven years. Item is for sale locally. Owner's manual and spec sheet at manufacturer's web site. Please contact me if you have any questions.
