PRIMER FOR UV-PRINTING ON ORGANIC GLASS (POLYMETHYL METHACRYLATE)  APPLICATION INSTRUCTION  • The surface of the organic (acrylate) glass must be clean and dry. • Quickly apply a thin layer of the primer on the surface of the item, wiping it with napkins, dustless fabric sprinkled with the primer. During application, place the glass at a shallower angle for avoiding appearance of primer’s thick layer. Do not use primer twice for one place – it can lead to formation of white irremovable spots.  • Dry the item during 5-10 minutes at room temperature. Do not use air heating for item drying – it can also lead to whitening of the surface. • Print.   PRIMER CONSUMPTION   Primer consumption is 100 ml on 3.5-4.5 sq. m.   SAFETY PRECAUTIONS  The primer contains toxic volatile and flammable components, therefore you should observe following safety precautions during its application: • Use it in well ventilated areas. • Do not carry out work near the open fire and strong source of heat. • Protect your hands with the rubber gloves. • In case of a contact with skin and clothing, the primer should be washed off by a jet of water.   STORAGE   • The primer should be stored in a dark and cool place at the temperature no higher than 300C with tightly closed lid. • Cold-resistant.   NOTE • Note that the primer is not intended for increasing of mechanical resistance, firmness, abrasion resistance of a cured printed layer. These properties are determined by a brand of the used inks.
