This monitor always passed calibration, and always powers up with a clear display. This monitor requires 3 AA batteries. No calibration equipment, manual, or sensors are included. It will be the buyers responsibility to purchase sensors and complete a full calibration prior to using. SHIPPING INFORMATION: FREE SHIPPING CONDITION: used, in good cosmetic condition, no sensors included.
