This S/S conveyor split a product stream from a Formax 26, diverting the stream in half for two different downstream processes. The input side features a 28" wide wire belt which is 32"L. It discharges the product onto to diverging wire belts which each 14" wide. The 14" wide belts are each 72"L. The 28" belt declines 3" to the 14" belts. The 14" belts incline 3" to exit at the same elevation as the original input. There is a .5" spacing between the 28" belt and the 14" belts. There is a spray bar with 7 nozzles at the point the two belts meet allowing the product to be coated. Conveyor is complete with a pan to catch spray overflow and recycle it. The two 14" belts have a 5" spacing at the discharge point. Each belt is center driven and has a tensioner. Each is driven by a separate hydraulic motor and flow control valve, allowing for accurate speed control. Unit is on grooved metal castors mounted on square tubing legs which have 10" of vertical adjustment. OD= 106"L x 37"W x 49"H. Offered in good operating condition FOB NW ARK.
